1. Deposits/General Terms

1a. Best flexible rate/ Best available rate:

At the time of confirmation a 50% or $200/- (which ever is the highest) deposit per room is
required, unless the total amount is lower than US$ 200, in which case the full amount will
be charged. Bookings made within 72hours of arrival require full pre-payment at the time
of the booking.

1b. Advance Purchase Rates:

At the time of confirmation full pre-payment per room is required. All advance purchase
bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

1c. Special Offers & Promotions:

Full pre-payment is taken at the time of booking and is non-refundable and non-
transferable.
All offer prices are as stated and are not available in conjunction with any other offer or
discount and are strictly subject to limited availability.
Black out days and minimum nights stay restrictions may apply and more information can
be found via contacting the reservations department.

1d. Rates and Availability

The rate offered for any particular room on a particular night will be the best price at the
time of booking depending on availability and is based on the number of people sharing
the room, our rates do change depending on our demand, our offers also do the same.

 

2. Amendments / Cancellation

2a. Best flexible rate/ Best available rate:
Change of Date

There is no charge if you wish to amend your booking, provided that a minimum of 72
hours notice is given prior to the arrival date. The deposit paid can be held until a new
date is booked as long as the new date is no later than 6 months after the original date.
Booking on the best flexible rate means that rates change therefore your new date may be
selling at a different price and charges may apply.

Cancellation

Provided a minimum of 72 hours notice is given prior to the arrival date, the deposit paid
can be refunded if no alternative booking date is required. 3.5% admin fee will be
deducted and please allow up to 14 days to refund the monies to your card/ bank account.

2b. Special Offers/ Advance Purchase:

Reservations made on a special offer or advance purchase rates are non-refundable and
non-transferable.

For any unforeseen circumstances you are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance.

 

3. TAX and Service Charge

VAT is included at the current prevailing rate along with 10% Service charge and any other
mandatory fees/ levies.

 

4. Final Payment

Any balance of the cost of your booking to be settled on arrival, any extras to be paid for
on departure. Credit facilities are not available unless prior arrangement has been made
with the hotel.

 

5. Children

Infants are 0 to 3years of age, children are between 3 and 11 years, anyone 12 years and
above are considered as adults for pricing.
Children aged 12 and under sharing a room with 2 full paying adults are charged a nightly
supplement. Children are offered the Children’s menu when booked on a Dinner Bed and
Breakfast basis. A further charge will apply if the child orders from the main restaurant
menu. Children occupying their own rooms are charged at the full adult rate.

 

6. Maximum Occupancy

Any of the room categories can accommodate maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids
(under 11) only. When there are 2 kids one of them are expected to share the parents bed.
Each room can have a maximum of 1 King size bed and 1 single bed (and a cot)

 

7. Pets

We are sorry, pets are not permitted.

 

8. Arrival & Departure Times

Bedrooms are usually available for occupation from 2pm on the day of arrival and we
request that they are vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure.

 

9. Special Requirements

Please advise the property of any specific dietary needs, mobility issues, or other specific
requirements you may have prior to arrival.

 

10. Special Requests

Whilst every effort is made to fulfil your requests, unfortunately we cannot guarantee to
do so and failure to do so will not constitute a breach of contract.

 

11. About your Privacy

We respect and value your privacy. We will never pass your contact details to third parties
for the purposes of sending you additional offers and services. We will only pass on
information about you as an individual (as opposed to aggregate information) to third
parties contracted by ourselves to perform services requested by you.

 

12. Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent
unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and
managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

 

13. Guest Behaviour

Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with
Hotel procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for other guests, the
property of the Hotel, its employees and their health and safety. We respectfully ask that
guests do not disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of
the Hotel, or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff. Smoking is not
permitted in any guest rooms apart from designated external smoking areas. The use of
candles or any naked flames is not permitted in bed rooms or inside any of the resort
buildings.
Conduct/behaviour that we reasonably consider inappropriate/unacceptable includes but
is not limited to: creating an inappropriate level of noise and/or drunken or unruly
behaviour and/or any behaviour which other guests or staff find offensive in any way.
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of
your party from the Hotel if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have
been breached. Where this is the case we shall have no obligation to refund you for lost
accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred. You will be held
liable for any damage or loss caused by you or a member of your party. Damage caused by
you or your party will be chargeable
Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid prior to your departure. If you fail
to make payment, you will be responsible for meeting any claims (including legal costs)
subsequently made against us as a result of your actions together with all costs we incur
in pursuing any claim against you.
